Shipments and Returns
At Stitched Impressions... We strive to make our customers happy!!!
ORDERING:
Embroidery Blanks & Supplies
Most of our 12 products that we stock ... are usually readily available ... but as you know ... sometimes we can sell out. If your order falls in between being sold out and the reorder we will notify you and your order will be shipped promptly as soon as we receive the merchandise in. If you need to make other arrangements with me about your order you will need to contact me as soon as possible so that I can work with you.

SPECIALITY BUYS:
These are announced periodically. There will be a beginning date and an ending date as to when orders are taken for that specific buy. You will need to pay upfront so that I will be able to order in immediately ... and your order will be shipped to you in a timely manner ... sometimes we do run into back orders ... again ... I will notify you and will work with you on your order situation.
REFUNDS:
Embroidery Blanks & Supplies
I will work with you on a return. If it is damaged or defective I will replace it at my expense but you must return that damaged item(s) to me and you will be responsible for that shipping expense. You can not return item(s) to me without prior authorization. If you do, then I will need to question your motive as to why.
Embroidery Designs
Designs/Zip files will be replaced with the same designs if they are corrupt or unreadable. Due to the electronic nature of these types of sales, they are nonreturnable, nonrefundable.
INSTANT DOWNLOAD OF YOUR DESIGN ORDER:
All of our designs are manually digitized, no auto digitizing, and are available thru Instant Download.
You will receive your order thru an email, and it will contain your zipped files for you to download. You will have 10 days and 10 attempts to download your order. It is your responsibility to make sure you have downloaded your order within this time frame. I know that things happen that can prevent you from doing so and if this happens you may contact me and I will resend your order to you but do try to download your order promptly after you receive your email containing your zip file. If you experience a problem, contact me immediately.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
There is no way for me to know exactly what an order will weigh. I try to guesstimate a cost for this and usually can get pretty close. Sometimes items are more heavy than what I anticipate ... so therefore ... you will be billed for additional shipping on your order if that amount is in excess what it is determined to be. I will not ship your order until the additional postage has been paid. If you cancel your order ... there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. We know our customers want their items quickly, so our system is set up with either First Class (small items) and Priority. After a certain poundage, the rate is based on a flat rate, to give you the best shipping amount.
OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY AIR SHIPMENT:
If you want an order to be shipped overnight or 2ND day you will need to contact me stitched@cableone.net and make arrangements with me. If you need to call me that is fine as well. My phone number is 1-256-831-1579

You can stitch out the designs/projects for your own personal use or to stitch on items to sell, but you can not share, combine, take apart, alter, etc. any of the designs on this website with the intent of reselling them. No Mass production of any designs/projects on this website without prior license/authorization from Stitched Impressions.
